George was very respectful and polite and went beyond what I expected to remove an enclosed oversized swim spa. I had other people look at it and they said they couldn't promise that the surrounding deck wouldn't be destroyed. George explained it would be more difficult, but he assured me that he could do it. In addition, he cleaned up all the leaves around the area afterwards. I am absolutely pleased and would definitely recommend this company and would not hesitate in the future. Best junk dealer I have come across to date! Very professional scheduling and follow-up, with clear communication - something that is all but non existent in customer service these days. The guys arrived on the day of the pick up and were clean, pleasant and respectful, even after I had given them a hard time on the phone earlier (not due to anything they did, I was just having a bad day). The items were picked up promptly and they were out within 20 minutes. They even swept the walkway after themselves. I'll definitely use their services again.
Today we started the daunting task of cleaning out the garage. We organized a pile (good size), and called 911 Junk. Thinking it might sit in the driveway over night. Nope!! They came within an hour to pick up and haul away. The price was a good deal as well. George and his partner were super friendly, fast and neat. We'll be calling 911 Junk for our 2nd load. Extremely professional, courteous and prompt. I had to call them for a last minute job to haul away 11,000sf office fukll of architectural desks, furniture, cubicles and drawing tables. They showed-up within 1 hour of the call and started on the job. They ended-up bringing additional manpower and trucks on day 2. The job was completed in less time and money than initially estimated. these guys were great, very professional, and the price point, with so much better than the other three places I received a quote from. What made things even better was the fact that I had a couch with the sleeper where the back laid down as well and they showed up, we’re already familiar with that type of couch knew how to take it apart (which I didn’t), and in the snap of a finger they had it moved out of my office on the second floor and out of my house.I was honestly looking for a while cause I didn’t wanna overpay and these guys were absolutely great on every front.
Wow! I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They are upfront about pricing and are great at filling the trucks with little room for empty space. Very transparent about how much is filled and will show you. The guys are very friendly, courteous, and extremely efficient. Very fast. It’s not cheap to get this kind of service, but you get your money’s worth 100%.

This was hands-down THE BEST experience I could have ever asked for when calling for and getting junk removed from my house. They called me back super fast and setup an appointment to come give an estimate -AND be ready for pickup if the price was right. Let me tell you - that price was definitely right! The guys were sooooo professional, courteous, and friendly. Ultra impressed with how much they were able to fit in the truck. Wow! This company is legit! Super friendly, informative, understanding and quick! I’m a property manager and had a unit that had a lot of items that needed to be hauled away. This included furniture, appliances, electronics and other miscellaneous items. The dispatcher was nice and explained pricing and sent his crew to get an estimate and didn’t charge a service call fee. Later in the week they went and hauled everything away. I love that Chris and his partner updated me every time they were done loading a truck since I couldn’t be with them all day. At the end of the day they notified me that they were about to finish. So I went back to the property and we did a final walk through and I was definitely satisfied with their work. I will definitely use them again for other projects. Thanks again 911 Junk CA!
