911-Thank U! First..they come with a truck that is 3 times larger than the big corporate companies and..their full truck price is $200 less. With those other companies I’d have needed a truck and a half which would have cost me about $600-$700 more. The owners are very hands on and out in the field. George was incredibly accommodating. The service by far was outstanding from setting the appt to them calling ahead to most important…the removal of a lot of junk. I didn’t need to prepare or breakdown anything. They did it as they went so they could keep the load condensed. Their customer experience is easily a 10. I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks again 911JunkCa

I had 3 pieces of exercise equipment that needed to be removed from my home along with a twin mattress. The elliptical was very heavy and difficult to get out of the room. The 911 Junk team did a great job disassembling the elliptical to get it out of the space. They were very polite and courteous, wore masks and we’re very easy to deal with. The price depends on the size of the load in their truck, which they quoted me up front and was fair. I highly recommend using their service and will call them again when we need it!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED – My grandma is 79 and she has accumulated many items over the years. Delivery men could not remove her old refrigerator to replace it with her new one. I reached out to Tony on the Saturday before the Super Bowl and he responded immediately. In fact, he was available EVERY time I needed to contact him (calls/texts) which was remarkable. He and his team took great care of my grandma, they were very prompt, and made it very simple for me to send payment despite not being present. Excellent customer service.
