Wow! I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They are upfront about pricing and are great at filling the trucks with little room for empty space. Very transparent about how much is filled and will show you. The guys are very friendly, courteous, and extremely efficient. Very fast. It’s not cheap to get this kind of service, but you get your money’s worth 100%.

George and James were amazing! They were friendly, communicative, and FAST! No gimmicks when it came to getting a quote from them. They were very honest and transparent. My husband and I are moving cross-country; we were stressed out with the task of clearing our storage unit out in a short period of time, but George and James really saved the day and calmed all of our worries by emptying out our “junk” quickly and efficiently. We HIGHLY recommend this company. They are awesome

This was hands-down THE BEST experience I could have ever asked for when calling for and getting junk removed from my house. They called me back super fast and setup an appointment to come give an estimate -AND be ready for pickup if the price was right. Let me tell you - that price was definitely right! The guys were sooooo professional, courteous, and friendly. Ultra impressed with how much they were able to fit in the truck. Unquestionably recommending them to everyone I know and will be calling them again when we're ready to redo other rooms in the house. I honestly rate them 10 out of 5 stars.

Wow! This company is legit! Super friendly, informative, understanding and quick! I have two cats in my small apartment and the amazing guys were very sweet towards them and took the time to make sure the cats weren’t running out the door while they were moving my junk outside. I am so grateful for this company and the amazing people who work there. Thank you again for a great experience, I won’t go anywhere else!

I came from out of town , in need of someone or company hauling away some broken drywall and a refrigerator from a Condo.I Google Hauling Services and came across 911 Hauling.An eye catching name for sure.They answered my call with a live person, took my general request, mentioned that they may have someone else in the area.After checking, I reached an immediate contact person/ George follow up and an immediate appointment same day.Two gentlemen showed up on time presented themselves as very courteous, respectful and professional.We discussed a very reasonable price to take the items away and soon after the agreement was made the two gentlemen - George and James also known as Jimmy began immediately removing the items safely, efficiently and thoroughly.The end of the removal process was exceptional, excellent.I was and am truly impressed and satisfied with 911 Hauling, Jimmy and GeorgeWith that said I would call them again for similar services.I am Blessed to have met the both.Thank You Gentlemen, 911 Hauling.William.

I just had 911 Junk California haul away all our excess furniture from our house. I have to say, Tony, George and James are top notch guys, completely professional, courteous, and exceeded our expectations for the service. These guys are very down to earth, genuine folks ...a rare find in today's world. In a couple of short hours, I got to get a slice of their lives, and it was very heart warming such good people still exist. I highly recommend them if you have any excess furniture or junk you need to get hauled away!

This was, no exaggeration, one of the best customer service experiences of my life. Tony took my call and was incredibly informative, helpful, and efficient in getting my appointment set up and making sure I had all the relevant info. Chris, Ali, and James showed up on time and were courteous and efficient in getting my quote, moving my stuff, and finalizing the process. The whole removal process took like 15-20 minutes. My roommate and I had a wonderful experience with George and James. I made an appointment through the website and was contacted via text and email shortly after with confirmation. I also received reminder texts as the appointment got closer. I really like that the estimates are openly displayed showing the range of the service they provide. George and James were so helpful in getting us ready to move out of our apartment in AH. George was very attentive and made sure we were on the same page concerning what we wanted taken away. He was wonderful to talk to and made my roommate and I feel at ease. Awesome!!Very reliable! They set up an appointment for a crew to come remove “junk”. They show up on time, take a look at the items, then give a quote. It is a firm quote that does not change.Unlike other services that give a guesstimate quote over the phone that can go up.They go through every item to see if it can be donated or if it is recyclable.Honest, friendly owner and staff worked efficiently. They even swept up after.Highly recommend, very satisfied.

Tony and his staff are an exceptional group of people. They epitomizes what customer service ought to be. I’m a property manager and had a unit that had a lot of items that needed to be hauled away. This included furniture, appliances, electronics and other miscellaneous items. The dispatcher was nice and explained pricing and sent his crew to get an estimate and didn’t charge a service call fee. Later in the week they went and hauled everything away. I love that Chris and his partner updated me every time they were done loading a truck since I couldn’t be with them all day. At the end of the day they notified me that they were about to finish. So I went back to the property and we did a final walk through and I was definitely satisfied with their work. I will definitely use them again for other projects. Thanks again 911 Junk CA!
